Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant in Rockwall, TX for a full-time onsite role. The candidate will manage month-end close, GL accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations while expanding expertise into cost accounting and inventory considerations.

Required 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, a BA/BS in accounting or finance, and Oracle ERP familiarity. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in month-end close and GAAP requirements.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP environments; Oracle ERP is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in monthly financial close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and analysis.
• Reconcile and analyze GL and balance sheet accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Review monthly results and explain variances and financial trends.
• Support GAAP-compliant financial reporting and internal controls.
