The role emphasizes internal controls and SOX compliance and may be performed remotely across 40+ states where TDS operates. The candidate will lead month-end close, perform GAAP-driven accounting across revenue and assets, and provide support for tax and external reporting, while mentoring team members and maintaining

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years public accounting or 5+ years corporate accounting applying GAAP.
• CPA preferred or eligible to sit for CPA within six months.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Lead month-end close activities including reconciliations, accruals and reporting.
• Provide income tax and transaction tax support and external reporting data.
• Support GAAP and SEC requirements across revenue, assets, treasury, and general accounting functions.
• Lead and mentor team members; develop procedures and documentation.
