Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with GL accounting and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and depreciation.
• Perform monthly GL reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with inventory and cost accounting tasks.
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with audits and internal controls.
