Job summary

HB Wealth seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join the Finance & Accounting team. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations and supports month-end close across several offices, including Towson, Tampa, and Charlotte.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with NetSuite, Ramp, Bill.com, or Coupa. CPA or progress toward CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required. CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience with solid GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close & Reconciliations: post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Revenue Collection & Accounts Receivable: apply cash and reconcile fees.
• Accounts Payable & Corporate Spend (AI Assisted): process vendor invoices and manage card spend.
