Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• CPA or active CPA candidate required; public accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP and EPM systems preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Industry experience in real estate, utilities, or technology is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• High attention to detail, strong financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Track and report monthly revenues and costs related to utilities and services.
• Prepare and deliver concise reports comparing current results to benchmarks.
• Support month-end close by preparing journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborate with operational teams to gather data for accurate journal entries.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis to support accurate financial closing.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate responses for external audits and tax-related requests.
• Complete and review monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
• Maintain and update billing rate information based on utility rate structures.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and general support across the Finance team.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash availability.
• Recommend solutions to resolve financial and operational issues using sound judgment.
• Uphold organizational values such as performance, communication, leadership, quality, knowledge, and teamwork.
• Complete additional projects or tasks as assigned.
