Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Senior Accountant with 3–6 years of experience. This hybrid role offers up to $100K base salary with performance bonuses. You’ll collaborate directly with key financial leaders and gain a broad understanding of various business areas.

The position includes responsibilities like month-end close, financial reporting and budgeting. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, along with a strong foundation in GAAP and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting/audit experience strongly preferred.
• Strong GAAP and month-end close experience.
• Experience in project-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform GL maintenance and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and explain significant variances.
• Maintain and analyze WIP schedules and job costing.
• Assist with annual audits and tax preparation.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting.
