Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead client accounting activities, including full charge bookkeeping, trial balance, payroll, and KPI reporting. The role offers a hybrid schedule, a path for fast-track career progression, and diverse clients across industries.

The Manager will oversee engagement teams, manage client communications, and ensure engagements stay within scope while supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of accounting experience in industry finance or public accounting.
• Strong double-entry accounting knowledge and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and basic taxation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting.
• Fluent business English (read/write/speak).
• Willingness to travel to client or firm locations.
• Proficient in Excel and at least one accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online).
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team or independently.
• Occasional overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams to ensure work aligns with scope.
• Maintain client communications and oversee budgets.
• Delegate to Senior Accountants and staff and provide training.
• Perform business development activities and client proposals.
• Build dashboards and KPI metrics for clients.
