Job summary

Lakefield Veterinary Group is a nationwide network of veterinary practices. We seek a Senior Accountant to support the accounting team in a hybrid role based in our Kent, WA office. Core duties include fixed asset and inventory accounting, monthly closings, and reconciliations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fixed Asset accounting and journal entries to the GL.
• Inventory/COGS accounting and journal entries.
• Assist in monthly closing of all P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Review hospital P&L’s and explain variances.
• Complete assigned account reconciliations.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide audit documentation and schedules as requested.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
