Job summary

BMI is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Accounting to lead complex accounting activities across financial reporting, multi-entity consolidations, and fixed asset accounting. This role offers autonomy, prioritization flexibility, and collaboration with executive level discussions on financial risk areas.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in accounting, 5+ years of experience, and strong US GAAP knowledge; CPA preferred. Hybrid work with competitive benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity or international consolidation preferred.
• Public accounting or audit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fixed assets and technology accounting activities and depreciation.
• Prepare journal entries for close and deliver timely reporting.
• Prepare reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Support consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits and system implementation projects.
