Qualifications

• 5–10 years progressive accounting experience with a strong technical foundation.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close.
• Experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Experience with ERP implementations or automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage GAAP-based financial reporting and month-end close.
• Support ASC 606 and ASC 842 compliance.
• Assist with ERP implementation and process improvements.
• Own reconciliations and general ledger accounting.
• Partner with finance leadership on strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong technical accounting foundation
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close
• Experience with ASC 606, ASC 842, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Background in fast-paced environments preferred
• Supporting a public-company transition is a plus
• Exposure to ERP implementations, process improvements, or accounting automation preferred
• A proactive, hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, building processes, and taking ownership
