Job summary

CFS is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in a stable, growth-oriented environment. The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 plus bonus and opportunities to own key accounting responsibilities.

You will prepare and maintain financial records, perform reconciliations, assist with month-end close, budgeting, and financial reporting, while collaborating with a team that values accuracy and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable activity.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Support the preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with audits and other accounting-related projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Perform other accounting duties as needed.
