Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-undergraduate work experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA is not required, but pursuing CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly operational reports and journal entries.
• Analyze operational reports and provide feedback on variances to CFO/COO.
• Analyze labor and productivity metrics and reconcile expectations to actuals.
• Account for multi-location revenue and related compensation accruals.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and cash bank reconciliations.
• Support Controller on special projects and accounting research.
