Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with monthly close processes and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and month-end adjustments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and analyze variances.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Lead ERP system enhancements and related documentation.
• Support audits and provide financial analysis for initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve AR and cash issues.
