Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least three years of experience in business and/or finance operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Record month-end journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Process payroll and vendor payments; monitor grants and other funding sources.
• Assist in annual audits and audit document preparation; ensure GAAP compliance.
