• CPA (or progress toward) is preferred but not required.

• Lead day-to-day finance operations, including payables, billing, and GL processes.
• Oversee monthly close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Manage grant accounting, reporting, and invoicing to agencies.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and program-level financial metrics.
• Mentor junior finance staff and collaborate across departments.
