Job summary

Frederick Fox LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a premier finance team supporting global manufacturing operations. This role focuses on controlling the general ledger, month-end close, and ensuring GAAP compliance.

You will drive complex close processes, prepare intercompany reconciliations, and collaborate with international teams to support statutory reporting and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in large, multi-entity manufacturing environment preferred.
• Big 4 or regional CPA experience is a plus.
• Strong ERP and data modeling skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing for global entities.
• Prepare and review high-volume journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate US GAAP reporting with international teams and statutory requirements.
• Maintain SOX controls and act as liaison to auditors.
• Identify ERP process improvements to streamline reporting and close cycles.
• Collaborate with plant controllers, supply chain, and corporate finance on inventory, variances, and CapEx.
