Job summary

Netflix seeks an experienced Accountant in Los Gatos, CA to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic business decisions for our global streaming leader.

With a strong background in US GAAP and IFRS, you will work with SAP or Oracle ERP, perform detailed financial analysis, and collaborate across Finance, Tax, and FP&A teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred; strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reconcile accounts.
• Manage general ledger entries and monthly close processes.
• Review budgets, forecast expenses, and track project costs.
• Produce reports for decision-making and assist audits (quarterly/annual).
• Lead small projects like system implementations or process improvements.
