Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, public accounting, or audit.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system is preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the monthly close process, preparing financial analyses, and partnering with operational teams.

The company is on a 9/80 schedule - 4 days onsite M-TH, Friday remote, and every other Friday off.
