LECO Corporation in St. Joseph, Michigan, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the hands-on accounting/finance group.

You will work across the organization, convert data into meaningful financial insight, and help streamline processes while maintaining internal controls. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong technical and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Proven ability to operate in various software systems.
• Strong technical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Reviews foreign subsidiary month-end financial reports and prepares foreign consolidation.
• Supports internal audit development and ongoing oversight.
• Develops and administers ERP training for foreign accountants and back-office staff.
• Contributes to monthly and annual close processes and GAAP adherence.
