Qualifications

5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years supervisory experience.
3+ years background with Oracle or other large ERP systems.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and pressures.
Effective written and verbal communication with upper management and staff.
Ability to prepare financial reports and provide recommendations.
Critical thinker with analytical abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
Experience with Oracle, SAP B1 or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

Review and prepare monthly financials including domestic, foreign and world consolidation.
Coordinate with external audit firm on year-end audit.
Improve processes and internal controls for efficiency.
Prepare reports and communicate information to management.
Collaborate with accountants and staff to support executives.
Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, Service and Marketing/Sales on cross-department projects.
Coordinate with foreign subsidiaries on processes and reporting.
Investigate and correct errors in systems and reports.
Recommend changes to processes and policies for financial impact.
