Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years of progressive public and corporate accounting experience, with emphasis on General Ledger & Fixed Assets accounting.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
• Conduct monthly state sales tax reports and process payments.
• Oversee General Ledger & Fixed Asset operations with minimal oversight for month-end and year-end closes.
• Execute timely month-end close processes including revenue, purchasing cycles with accruals, fixed assets, fleet reporting and inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in financial and budgeting reporting.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget.
