Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of accounting experience, a CPA preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills. NetSuite experience is a plus, with opportunities to drive automation initiatives and tax compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 6-10 years of accounting experience covering full cycle and financial reporting.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger and full accounting cycle.
• Prepare complex journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Lead month-end close and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting standards.
• Provide insights for tax compliance and reporting.
• Drive accounting automation or AI initiatives to improve efficiency.
