Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited program.
• CPA or CA certification required.
• 3+ years of Big 4 assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financials for specified verticals and compliance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting including variance analysis and executive presentations.
• Assist in financial decisions including revenue transactions, vendor agreements, acquisitions; provide accounting/regulatory advice.
• Assist contract reviews and prepare technical accounting memorandums.
• Support SOX controls and governance; identify areas to strengthen controls.
• Assist with process improvements.
