Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
• SOX compliance experience is strongly preferred.
• CPA preferred with public accounting and auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for areas in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing process.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare fluctuations analysis for balance sheet accounts and income statements.
• Support SOX compliance activities and documentation of internal controls.
• Analyze and assist in implementation of new accounting pronouncements.

Skills

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education
