Job summary

Trulieve, a leading cannabis company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to support monthly and quarterly close activities, reconciliations, consolidated financial reporting, management reporting, and external reporting requirements.

The role collaborates with teams across the organization, maintains accounting master data, and assists with audits and SEC filings while driving process improvements using SAP and Workiva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA licensure is a plus; progress toward CPA encouraged.
• Experience with external auditors and SEC filings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (Form 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and related workpapers.
• Support state-level reporting under cannabis regulations and consolidate financial statements.
• Maintain accounting master data, cost centers, and general ledger administration.
• Provide audit-ready support to internal and external auditors and respond to financial inquiries.
