Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Qlik Sense and Power Query preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Apply advanced GAAP knowledge to complex transactions.
• Strengthen internal controls and close gaps with minimal supervision.
• Monitor KPIs and data trends to drive quality output.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate risks proactively to management.
• Build relationships across the organization with leadership.
