Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• CPA and MBA are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Qlik Sense and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and month-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.
• Translate GAAP knowledge into practical guidance for the team.
• Maintain strong internal controls with risk assessments and documentation.
• Use KPIs to spot trends and raise performance.
• Foster continuous improvement and coach staff with growth plans.
• Anticipate roadblocks and communicate risks to management.
• Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and inspire your team through coaching and feedback.
