At Baxter Healthcare, the Senior Accountant will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, performing hands-on journal entries and asset management. The role demands meticulous analysis, strong GAAP knowledge, and ability to collaborate across finance teams in Bellevue, WA.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of accounting experience, a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting (CPA a plus), and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive operational accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of sales and use tax and local tax regulations.
• Experience with large datasets and complex documents in Excel; Power BI a plus; NetSuite familiarity.
• GAAP and technical accounting principles knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with complete documentation and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting preferred; CPA is a plus.
