Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in general ledger accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accounting for payroll, bonuses, and benefits
• Accounting for prepaid expenses, sales, discounts, and accounts receivable
• Maintaining general ledger accountability and ensuring accurate month-end close processes
• Performing consolidations, including intercompany eliminations
• Preparing financial reporting packages and supporting materials for the parent company
• Providing support for internal and external audits
• Other related duties as assigned
