You should have 5+ years of ledger experience, a degree in accounting, and NetSuite. The role offers a base salary of $85k–$100k plus bonus and equity, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general ledger or corporate accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 842 familiarity helpful).
• Ability to work independently and meet close deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations across balance sheet accounts.
• Support debt accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidation entries.
• Assist in preparing entity-level and consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP and SOX controls compliance.
• Assist quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and processes.
