Job summary

LeoForce in Castle Rock, Colorado, is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to manage complex reconciliations, close processes and provide accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years of experience, and hands-on experience with large ERP systems. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, stability from a mature retail firm, and participation in an ESOP program.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience with larger ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quarterly account reconciliations and closing procedures to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and reconcile store-level accounts.
  • Assist with fixed asset reconciliation and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare and enter general ledger journal entries.
  • File sales tax returns and compile bank compliance reports.
  • Support external and internal audits by preparing reports and workpapers.
  • Research accounting data to answer financial inquiries.
  • Collaborate with tax authorities for return preparation.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
  • Support quarterly inventory process

We are ideally looking for a good Senior accountant with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting/finance, 3+ years experience, and experienced with larger ERP systems.
