This onsite role at our Santa Clara, CA office requires deep knowledge of US GAAP/SEC, Netsuite experience, and precision in reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient US GAAP and SEC knowledge.
• Experience with general ledger and audit work papers.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage cash reconciliations, bank recs, and cash forecasting.
• Oversee fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and expense accruals.
• Prepare audit-ready work papers and support tax filings.
