North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage key monthly close tasks, ensure GAAP compliance, and support audits. The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and robust financial systems knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday, plus advanced Excel. Remote collaboration is supported.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday)
• Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Close books monthly and ensure accuracy per GAAP
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
• Analyze period-over-period results and provide variance commentary
• Support external audits and internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements to the close cycle
