Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead accounting responsibilities including GAAP-compliant reporting and month-end closes. You will maintain ledgers, prepare journals, and coordinate intercompany reconciliations across multiple functional areas.

The role emphasizes accuracy, analysis, and collaboration with audit teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of accounting experience and strong Excel, Oracle, HFM, and Blackline familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• 2 years of accounting experience required.
• Ability to research large data sets from multiple sources.
• CPA and/or advanced systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve variances.
• Assist with monthly financial and management reporting.
