Innovative Hematology, Inc. (IHI) is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial objectives and budgets, analyze variances, and develop accounting reports. The role includes reconciling balance sheets, preparing monthly statements, and ensuring GAAP compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related accounting experience.
• Proficiency with GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of balances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and develop related reports.
• Prepare monthly investment activity journal entries.
• Maintain policies to ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and report accounts receivable.
• Assist in annual budget development and coordinate with department managers.
• Manage fixed asset inventory and monitor depreciation schedules.
• Forecast and analyze impact of special projects or new services.
• Prepare accounting records for external audits.
• Research payroll laws and regulations and act as payroll backup.
