Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Houston seeks a Senior Accountant to own the full accounting cycle from invoicing to payroll. You will manage billing, AP/AR, month-end closes, and financial reporting within a fast-growing, stable team.

Required are a Bachelor's in Accounting and 4–6 years of experience; Dynamics/Business Central is preferred, with Power BI or Vena a plus. Great benefits and career growth await at City Wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Four to six years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred.
• Detail oriented task management with strong communication.
• Experience with Power BI or Vena a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payments, banking activity, and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Complete month-end close within five to six business days.
• Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial dashboards, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
