Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Houston is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the full accounting cycle—from invoicing to payroll—and to drive accuracy across the monthly close and financial reporting. This is a full-time role with growth potential on a fast-growing team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting, 4–6 years of related experience, and strong ERP skills with Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central. Power BI or Vena experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Four to six years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred.
• Detail oriented task management and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI or Vena is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payments, banking activity, and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Complete month-end close within five to six business days.
• Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial dashboards, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

This is a full line accounting role built for professionals with a background in managing all aspects of the accounting process. You’ll own the full accounting cycle from invoicing to vendor payments, A/P and A/R to payroll.

What You'll Do:

Compensation:

Target OTE $90,000
