Job summary

The Bradford Group, a leader in product development and branded goods, seeks a Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, compliance, and enterprise planning. Hybrid role involving FP&A, debt/ESOP concerns, and systems administration (Workday Adaptive).

You will deliver accurate financial insights, develop KPIs, and provide leadership with data-driven decision support. The role requires GAAP expertise, 5+ years in accounting/FP&A, and strong Excel skills; CPA/MBA a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/FP&A experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive, HFM, Essbase, or SAP preferred.
• CPA and/or MBA a plus; debt financing/ESOP exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for credit agreement compliance.
• Review borrowing base calculations and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with lender covenants.
• Conduct financial analysis related to corporate debt and ESOP structures.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting for the parent holding company (debt/ESOP).
• Serve as liaison with lenders for reporting, audits, and capital analysis.
