Job summary

The Bradford Exchange in Illinois is seeking a highly analytical Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, compliance, and enterprise-wide planning and analysis. This hybrid role covers corporate accounting, debt/ESOP compliance, and FP&A responsibilities, with ownership of reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and Workday Adaptive administration.

You will interact with lenders, lead budgeting cycles, and provide KPI-driven insights to senior leadership, while supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years in accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience with Workday Adaptive, HFM, Essbase, or SAP preferred.
CPA and/or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting packages related to credit agreement compliance requirements.
Review weekly borrowing base calculations and schedules.
Monitor and ensure compliance with lender debt covenants.
Perform accounting and financial analysis related to corporate debt and ESOP structure.
Manage accounting, budgeting, and reforecasting for the parent holding company (debt/ESOP).
Serve as liaison with lender: support reporting, audits, and capital structure analysis.
