Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and account reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP or NetSuite experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, including contract review and deferred revenue schedules.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and flux analysis for leadership.
• Support prepaid, accrual, stock compensation, and capitalized software schedules.
• Partner with sales operations and engineering on contract, billing, and cost data.
• Support the annual audit and prepare requested schedules and documentation.
• Improve close processes, system workflows, and internal controls as the company scales.
