Job summary

Aquasol Corporation is a leading, internationally recognized manufacturer of water soluble technology. The Accounting role supports the Controller by maintaining records of financial transactions for multiple entities and providing internal assistance.

The position covers A/R, A/P, general ledger reconciliation, and preparation of timely financial reports. You will interact with multiple departments, safeguard confidential information, and contribute to the organization’s ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to reconcile and problem solve.
• Knowledge of accounting.
• Ability to produce accurate reports within tight timeframes while managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Experience with Peachtree accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P).
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare supporting schedules.
• Summarize activity and prepare management reports.
• Reconcile discrepancies by analyzing accounts.
• Assist with cash accounts and maintain files.
• Post transactions and ensure data confidentiality.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate postings.
• Contribute to accounting tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
