Job summary

Rayonier is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to support GAAP-compliant financial statements, footnotes, and SEC filings. You will partner with internal teams and external auditors to strengthen controls and improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or higher is required.
• Minimum of three years progressive accounting experience.
• CPA license required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual report and quarterly SEC filings with footnotes.
• Support audits and maintain internal controls.
• Research technical accounting issues and assess impact of new standards.
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams.
• Improve reporting processes and efficiency.
