Cash Depot is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our on-site finance team in Green Bay, WI. You’ll support financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit readiness, ensuring accuracy across assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.

The role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and assist with month-end processes.
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
