Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5 to 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Cash management and forecasting experience.
• Sales tax compliance experience.
• Strong Excel skills; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• General ledger management and month-end close.
• Journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Accounts payable and receivable oversight.
• Cash management and weekly cash flow forecasting.
• Banking administration and positive pay processing.
• Sales and use tax compliance and audits.
• Payroll processing support, commissions, bonuses, and garnishments.
• Onsite resource supporting benefits administration, including 401(k), COBRA, and open enrollment.
• Employee onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Budgeting and sales forecasting support.
• Fixed asset tracking and audit support.
