Teksky LLC in Crown Point, IN seeks a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement across its light manufacturing and service investments.

You will lead monthly closes, reconciliations, depreciation schedules, intercompany transfers, and accounts payable while mentoring junior staff and helping with budgets and tax prep. CPA preferred; bachelor's in accounting required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience in tax accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Pro Series Tax software proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly and fiscal year-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare intercompany inventory transfer reconciliations.
• Maintain depreciation schedules for all locations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledgers, and other financial documents.
• Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.
• Assist with tax return preparation and filing when needed.
• Lead the Accounts Payable process, including proper invoice coding and receipt.
• Identify and implement process and technology improvements within accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with governmental accounting requirements.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
