C1 is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting in Plano, TX. The role focuses on technical accounting research and supporting the organization’s financial reporting function, including management, board and investor reporting.

The candidate will document accounting conclusions, work with external auditors, and contribute to disclosures and internal reporting. This position requires strong communication and a team‑oriented approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Licensed CPA is required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Ability to document accounting conclusions clearly and persuasively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, document and support complex accounting decisions.
• Document and update accounting policies.
• Prepare internal financial reporting for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT and Accounting on reporting hierarchies.
• Assist with due diligence and purchase accounting for acquisitions.
• Prepare year-end and quarterly financial statements and footnotes.
