Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage financial recordkeeping, post journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts. You will prepare internal statements, provide FLUX analysis for P&L and BS, and ensure compliance with GAAP and state/federal laws.

The role supports tax filings, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis, while assisting external audits and improving internal processes. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential in this customer-focused, employee-owned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and resolve difficult issues.
• Discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and review journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare internal financial statements and management reports.
• Provide FLUX analysis for P&L and balance sheet.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities promptly.
• Review and correct errors in financial entries, documents, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
