This role oversees financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, and financial analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable financial information. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong GAAP knowledge, 5+ years of accounting experience, and a commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting required; CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Strong ability to analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and finance functions for Mayfield Clinic, Inc. and affiliated entities.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and MERF contributions.
• Review payables and assist with year-end closing tasks.
• Assist auditors and support budgeting and forecasting.
