Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience or 5+ years of industry accounting experience; public accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Review and maintain balance sheet accounts and supporting documentation.
• Support cost accounting activities, including monitoring and updating standard costs.
• Review inventory and product receipts for accurate recording in the ERP system.
• Maintain commission structures and monthly reporting for management and sales teams.
• Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for leadership.
