The candidate should have 3–4 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in accounting (CPA preferred), and proficiency with MS Office and AS400. Strong communication and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 3-4 years' accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience with AS400 preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains financial records and prepares monthly consolidated reports.
• Investigates balance sheet fluctuations and documents differences for management.
• Prepares measures to monitor sources feeding the general ledger and collaborates with global teams.
• Reconciles sub-systems to the general ledger to support balance sheet accounts.
• Prepares financial analyses to support Penske's financial position.
• Assists supervisors in monthly balance sheet preparation, review, and sign-off.
• Works with global teams on various projects and tasks.
